The first-ever kids’ 5K trail race presented by Terrain Trail Runners – STL!
Kidventure is the region’s only trail race designed exclusively for young runners, created to spark confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love for the outdoors. Open to children 12 and under, participants can choose between a 1.5‑mile course or a full 5K each crafted to be fun, challenging, and truly unforgettable.
Hosted every November at Quail Ridge Park in Wentzville, Missouri, Kidventure brings families together to celebrate movement, nature, and the pure joy of trail running.

Kidventure 1.5 Mile Designed for kids 8 years and under Start Time: 10:00 a.m.
Kids 8 years and under are required to have a parent, adult, or family member accompany them on the course.
Kidventure 5K Designed for kids 9–12 years Start Time: 10:30 a.m.
A parent, adult, or family member is not required to run with their child on the course, but an adult must be present at the event for the entire duration the child is on course.
