Friday, September 29
• 5:00 pm - 6 pm Check-in - Arrive, Unload and Setup Camp
• 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm - Dinner Prep, Dinner, Meet Your Tribe, Intros - *BYOB - Dinner Menu TBD
• 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm - Dinner Cleanup
• 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm - Hike
• 8:30 pm - Smores and campfire story time: We'll celebrate our successes AND failures
Saturday, September 30
• 7:00 am - 8:00 am - Up, Coffee followed by light breakfast.
• 8:00 am - 8:30 am Breakfast cleanup
• 9:00 am - 10 am - Outdoor Yoga Class by Blanca Perez del Palomar

*Fee for this Yoga Class is $15/Participant + Tips welcomed
• 10:00 am - 10:30 am - Cleanup, get ready for an easy pace 20-mile bike ride on the Katy Trail
10:30 am - 1:00 pm - Gravel Bike Ride - If you don't have a gravel bike or a cross bike and would like to join us, please contact Trailhead Bicycles or any other local bike shop to rental a bike for the weekend.
*We will grab lunch at Good News Brewery or any other restaurant along the way off the Katy Trail.
• 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm - Guest Speaker: Heidi Williams MPH, RD, LD, NSCA-CPT will be speaking on Nutrition and Exercise Guidelines for Athletes in the Peri-Menopausal/Menopausal Stage
