REGISTRATION INFORMATION
This is a community event open to all women in the outdoors!
The event is FREE and all camping and shelter reservation fees at Greensfelder County Park will be covered by Terrain Trail Runners-STL
- Registration for this event is REQUIRED and will be hosted on Ultra Signup.
- The event will be capped at 25 participants. Once the cap is met, we will open the waitlist so please sign up for the waitlist and as spots become available, we will inform participants on the waitlist.
- If the event is sold out and you are unable to attend the event due to any reason, please cancel your registration by September 1, 2022, so others on the waitlist can attend.

LODGING:
- Camping is FREE and all fees will be covered by Terrain Trail Runners but, if you choose not to pitch a tent the Otis Brown Shelter has room for 8 cots/sleeping bags. It's a primitive shared, covered shelter with a wood burning fireplace. So, if you want to crash in the covered shelter, please shoot us an email to secure your spot!
Participants are welcome to sleep in their cars if they choose not to pitch a tent!
WHAT TO BRING:
- Camping gear (if you plan on pitching a tent)
- Cot, Bedsheet/cover, Sleeping Bag & Pillow (if you plan on staying in the shelter)
- Activity-Specific Gear - Review the 2022 Itinerary for specific gear that you may need in order to be able to participate in the various clinics.
- We will provide water but BYOB enough for yourself and some to share!
- Food will be potluck style and we will inform participants what dish to bring for dinner on Saturday, Oct 1 and breakfast on Sunday, Oct 2 a week prior to the event.
