We will be accepting onsite/race day registrations for Doomsday 5K!

Race Day Registration - $65.00
*ALL race day registrations will receive a custom Doomsday 5K PINT
*CASH ONLY*

Race day/onsite registration will begin at 9AM on January 1, 2025!

Post-Race Coffee and Snack

START TIME & TIME LIMIT

The race will start at 10:00 AM. The cutoff for the race is 2 Hours, that's more than 30 minutes/miles.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Doomsday 5K trail race will start/finish a little way past the train tracks in Cliff Cave County Park.

Runners will start on the pavement for 1/2-ish Mile then get on the Spring Valley Trail Outer Loop for 1.8-ish Miles before heading back to the finish on pavement once again for 1/2-ish Mile to the finish. Spring Valley Trail is an all-dirt trail with rolling hills, some roots and rocks to keep you present!

*Spring Valley Trail is a beginner friendly trail*

Kick off the New Year with a 5K race on some fast and relatively 'easier' trails!

The Doomsday 5K trail race is a great introduction to trail racing for beginners as well as a challenge to test their speed for the more experienced trail runners.

Course Distance - 5K with approximately 272 feet of elevation gain.

General Doomsday 5K race specific information:

Aid Stations
There will be NO aid stations on the course and/or at the start/finish area. Runners are responsible for their own aid, carry your own water receptacle during the race if you need water and bring your own mug for post-race coffee.

*Runners are not required to carry their own hydration bottle, pack, or cup on the course

*Keep in mind that Terrain Trail Runners events are "cupless" races.  This policy is put into effect in an effort to reduce the amount of waste and adopt a sustainable “green” practice for the race and the sport of trail/ultra-running*


Post-Race
 Join us for some hot coffee and snack at the pavilion in the park and cheer on your fellow Doomsday 5K racers.
