My fellow runners, ask not what you can do to RUN, ask what a RUN can do for you! Aside from the obvious benefits staring you in the face -- like we run to lose weight, stay fit, improve our health, compete in races or try something new -- there is a deeper, more spiritual reason for running. I am also addicted to running, but that is because I am a fitness addict. If you ask me, there is nothing better than to jog during a Monday morning. Sure, there are times when you will think otherwise, but I really love them. I cannot get enough running for a day, I just simply can't. There are reasons why we must run, but I will not go into much detail about that, I hope that everyone else starts running too. Comments are closed.
